This argument is irrelevant as I said that a prime Venus would have won this years Wimbledon... Not the French... Not the Austrailian... But Wimbledon.

What I will say though is apart from the drugs and injuries I believe that Hingis faded because she failed to keep up.

The Williams Sisters raised the bar for women tennis with their athleticism and power and Hingis just couldn't compete against that.
