Not breaking at 0-40, whoever you are, is inexcusable and gave her all the confidence in the world. She also brought her clutch serving out but she can't do that all match. Serena also not quite there with the serve yet.

Sharapova woke her up with all that fist pumping 2 games into the match.

:ld: I don't really blame Sharapova for doing that, like an overmatched challenger trying to prove she can hang with the champion for then first few rounds. She was hanging on busting out her clutch serve at 0-0 0-40 :lolbron: but she can't hang.

Good for Serena though, she usually wakes up late after those momentum changes. Or it could be Pova raised her game that much more for 10 minutes but couldn't maintain it. As opposed to say Kuzzy who got into Serena's head and was so close to winning.
