I still put an asterisk on Med's win. Thiem pushed him but never got over the hump against him in a Slam.

I've always felt Djokovic has been vulnerable in a lot of those matches but that group wasn't good enough nor did they have the belief. Maybe Thiem did but he was the least talented.

Alright, this is shaping up to be one of the shining moments in the career of Djokovic. Two 2-0 in the first two sets against a young and future all time great playing at an elite level, and then storm backs and wears Alcaraz down while he throws his hands in the air in frustration. :wow: .

Thiem beat Novak in the 2017 and 2019 FO but im still mad he choked in the 2020 AO final
