Why? It's not a valid aspect of training and the resulting performance?

it is, but there is no reason for someone else to be less conditioned...that is the point im trying to make. if janko was as conditioned as ferrer he would have won the match, he is a more skilled and more powerful player than ferrer.

And when determining "who should win" you have to compare everything. You can't be selective. That makes zero sense.

If his physical condition wasn't up to par with his opponent's it means he had inadequate training, or, his opponent simply had superior training. It's not some cut-and-dry thing where you can say "all players must be equal in terms of how they prepare for a match by default."

It doesn't work that way. All these things are part of the game.
