I think they understand what it takes for sim to be competitive now thanks to SF5.

They whole he's strictly zoning but with no reversal or offense doesn't work well for sim. I mean if guile a "zoner" can rush down, have a reversal and zone... sim needs something similar especially with no reversal.
Parrying in combination with how OD works is allowing for a lot of the crazy stuff we are seeing. Games going to be brutal at high levels, I hope they don't neuter it too much after a season or so tho.

What's funny about this statement is it's largely a myth If you add up every Dhalsim appearance he's only really a strict zoner in the Alphas and SF4. In every other game he's a rushdown character in disguise

SF2 Dhalsim is the first anime/air dasher character ever. A decent SF2 Sim player is oppressive as fukk
