Hmmm....yeah. and she does have the same fighting style and a couple of their moves seems like. But if u look at the banners running across the top of JP's stage it's red and blue split down the middle
0-10'd by a Luke as soon as I sat down at a cabinet not knowing any jamie moves

No, but they put in events, new custom char options and things like that that I don't think they were in the 1st beta

Drive impact stay kicking my ass.
If you are going against someone DI happy or are in the corner, stick to lights then hit em with the DI back. It takes a lil practice but by the end of the weekend ya'll will have it down
I've been getting my kufi knocked off by players I feel like I'm better than with jamie. I must be missing something, because it seems like his damage output is weak. Maybe he needs to be at level 4 at all times to be a good character? Idk
Edit: nevermind, it's me, im just ass. Its a new game, gotta treat it like one and get better. Previous sf skills don't really translate to this game I feel

i been playing jamie more this beta. he didnt click the first beta but now?
did ranked promo matches, got silver after getting bopped by platinums. worked back up to platinum
learn the spacing for the qcb+p moves. it helps with people who has better normals and lets you reclaim some space
big punish counter button is st.rh which is also special/drive cancellable, but...
damn near every button is special cancellable so it becomes easy to dash/drive cancel. I've been doing a lot of st.mk dash cancel st.mp, cr.hp xx special on hit or just trying to mix someone up on block.
level 1 gives dive kick which i don't care about, but it has that yun target combo (lp -> lk -> mp) that's special cancellable. this is the cheat code really
that sweep is deceptively long/fastish at 9 frames startup and goes into its own target combo to get more lit
personally i think getting to lit level 4 is a bit overrated but sometimes if it's round 3 and you got the meter, using his level 2 super early works really well to apply pressure
