You get used to it pretty quickly and will start countering it at a high rate if people aren't being clever with it. You can break it with 3 attacks, a super, a throw, or doing it back.

You can also perfect parry and take a shyt ton of their bar

This is true but that shyt should be more expensive. "Just do your own drive impact" reminds me of dudes saying "just 2h" to counter superdash in dbfz. nikkas got caught by that shyt CONSTANTLY
