They were as well. All 4 of them were. I mean, it wasn't slated at the leak's time who was where, but they all were there.

Yep—- just checked. World tour is 30fps for fights. Anyone that says framerate doesn’t matter needs to play this

You can change it in the main menu. Before you start doing World Tour. If you exit out you'll lose progress. I don't know which menu its under but I was watching Max go through all this.

Put it on performance mode and it should run properly. I don't why this game even has those options though; shyt is not THAT graphically intensive that it shouldn't be running at locked 60 at all times regardless of settings. Capcom optimizes their stuff better than almost anyone else in the industry which makes it really odd. Hopefully it's ironed out before full release.

The editor is pretty dope. I didn't mess with it at all in the beta. Figure I best get this shyt out the way now while there's no online mode at that cuz I ain't gonna want to deal with it at all come real release.
