I always swap out sleeves if a raw card comes in a top loader....but i see some of these dudes doing these elaborate cleaning methods on these cards,you cannot tell me its not risky rubbing a card for 5 mins up and down with a cloth,ur potentially gonna damage a corner....Anything i get from a pack or box goes directly into a sleeve and card grader,im not taking it out again to have a dusting session.....i have graded PSA 9s but also quite a few gem mints without doing all of that...

was researching fraud within the hobby and this vid popped up, it's ratio'd and the guy seems like a tool so idk
I don't buy it but there's a decent segment who believe his mom's signing. Prices don't reflect it at all so it's bullshyt until someone catches them in the act.
I do remember Dak getting caught not signing his shyt. Had an auto-pen signing his cards and they were all fukked up.

When it comes to basketball i prefer right now Panini Revolution,Mosaic and Chronicles right now...
The chronicles stuff is cheaper and has alot of room to grow....and the recon/luminance/revolution parallels are much nicer than prizm/optic...If you wanna get in on the Morant/Zion card hype without getting raped chronicles is the way to go...

Revolution is a sleeping giant. Fairly low overall print run and none of the parallels have a lot of copies either.

I copped a 2016 Revolution Jamal Murray Astro right when he started going off in the bubble $250 CAD....i was looking for Morant and Zion cosmic,astros and chinese new year parallels and stumbled on some gems for cheap...

I think Court Kings RCs are undervalued too. Tough grades and low print runs, plus they have a great, unique look.
Select Courtside RCs are really taking off. Those should be the go-to "chrome" rookie card. Really low print runs unlike having 50,000 base Prizms.

I’ve always had a interest in sports cards, but never thought about doing it until now. Been watching Gary Vee’s videos and they’ve been pretty informative.

It’s getting harder and more expensive to break packs/boxes yourself. Damn near impossible to hit or you have to pay an arm and a leg for boxes from Panini directly. Grown ass men and all the sneakerbois who used to camp outside Supreme and wait for every Travis Scott Nike drop have seemingly come over to trading cards and have Target and Wal Mart card aisle on lock
I just buy singles that I want off eBay now.
