Aye yall wanna hear something spooky? There is a lot of :mjpls: in the housing market for black folks man EVEN if you're well qualified :smh: these past 6 months taught me alot
I mentioned before how south Florida leads the nation in denying mortgages to blacks and Hispanics. Good thing you waited cuz renting isn't an option these days.

Keeping my overhead low, and my understand high
RIP

My condolences, I absolutely hate thieves and murderers. These type of people cowards and should be euthanized. :violent:

Girl I'm talking to had her pops robbed and murdered in cold blood by some p*ssyhole battyboi. This happened at the bowl bar across marlin stadium years ago. Unbelievable they still haven't caught the guy who did it. :smh:

Why would you expect them to have caught the guy?

Cause there were cameras outside that recorded the incident. From my understanding there was also some evidence left behind during the struggle. Plus eyewitness accounts from from people inside that night.
Real shyt...These cops ain't trying that hard ...

SN: I think Broward got more ghettos than Miami Dade now

I went to dolphin mall on Saturday and I couldn't believe there was a long line for the true religion store. They had heavy security in there and were only letting like 3 people in at at time. :mjlol:

I see no point in living down here. Even if you like the party scene, you have to get bored of that. Smh

I'm from Central Florida, but I have extensive experience in South Florida. There's a lot more then just party scene down there.

The weather is never cold, the beaches are great, it's a global destination so you always have an interesting mix of people coming through, tons of outdoor activities, some great neighborhoods to live in, lots of culture, lots of sports teams to root for, great food. And the women of course too. :takedat:

When you've lived here your whole life, all that stuff is a drag. I'm down here for winter break and it's not even cool so the weather thing is overrated. It would be nice to have an actual winter, not going to the beach in January. And speaking of beaches, yawn. The culture thing depends on if you're a tourist or not. Like I said, you just get used to it.

See, I don't like the cold at all, so if I can wear shorts and flip flops every day that's a plus for me. Most people up north get sick of snow when they actually have to live through it, shoveling the sidewalk, putting chains on their tires. So the grass is always greener....

Miami has a strong hispanic flair that the rest of the country lacks. If you're not into the food though, I guess you would get tired of it. But even beyond that there's always interesting shows, art and concerts going on in MIA. It depends on what you're in to of course.

Everyone to their own, but South Florida literally exists as a place for people to do things, so when people talk about being bored or not having things to do, I can only imagine they’re people who can’t get out of their comfort zone to seek new experiences. There’s a unique culture and rhythm to South Florida, and if you can’t vibe on that Caribbean/South American/American outdoors level I could see you being unable to see all the potential in your surroundings.
