Maybe I should consider moving to lauderdale then. I heard it was like Miami-lite. I went to West Palm once too... Beautiful place but I hear stories about there too

Lauderdale is nice..right next to miami if you want to take a 20 min drive to south beach...has nice night life, cheaper property prices..less traffic...nicer place if you ask me

They are hella affordable breh... But they fukkin KILL you on the maintenance fees with the association I've seen it as high as 860 a month

Yeah I have been looking....I refuse to go to miami though, I cant take that 24/7 although ft lauderdale is crazy now too..2 many people moving to this place to crowd the spot up..just look at construction how they are constantly extended roads.....

Born and raised in Miami. High school drop out like most...but graduated from MDC and FIU. Miami is a love/hate place. Like the thread starter stated this isn't a place for entry-level work and I am finding out the hard way. I have aspirations of moving to ATL and I will be starting on my MBA in January. The things people marvel about down here, I care less about. Clubs, beaches and b-words do not need. Need sizable income and gainful employment. It is a great place to visit but live...nawwwww!!!!!
