Gotta give it up to Club Euro. I know of some of the dudes who run Euro and that club has been on for over 7 years straight with no name change.

Port St. Lucie is Heaven's waiting room

It was literally built for soccer moms and old people

I think that city didn't grow like they expected it to. They overestimated things. My boy purchased a house there back in about 05/06. Around the time that the giants won the super bowl. I remember watching the game where I think Victor Cruz was the one that made that huge catch near the end. Used to go up there whenever I had a weekend off to chill with him and his girl. There wasn't shyt to do there. Huge sundown town. He later on sold the house after renting it out and sold it for a lot less than he got it for. I know he had two other houses that he was renting out but sold. Not sure if he made money on those. I don't know if the city has grown more lately since it's been atleast 7 years since I've been but it was dead back then.

You're talking about 07-08, the David Tyree catch. The problem with Port St. Lucie is that they built way too many houses expecting the city to be the 4th major South Florida city when it's too far away and boring as shyt. No young people wanna stay there. It's a city of old people and settled down families
