Bro if sis dont have a lot of cash I would say do miramar/pines area...Hollywood is the shyt if you have money.

West Miramar is great & has newer developments - houses, townhouses & apartments as well as retailers/restaurants, etc.

Hollywood - southwest is newer & better although they have fairly new high rises near downtown Hollywood. Hollywood is mostly motel rentals by the month/snowbird condos, etc.

Ft. Lauderdale near Riverwalk is awesome too - very metro.

Also check out Pembroke Pines & Weston.

The bottling company that makes those drinks is head quartered in Miami somehwere. I think it's near wynwood. It's called the Cawy Bottling CO.

Rental properties & Apts are affordable. A little more than Pembroke Pines, less than Boca....

Sometimes I here folks say there is no Black middle-class in SoFla. I wonder if those people ever ventured West of I-95 in Broward?



Hell, even Miami Gardens has some middle-class neighborhoods. It isn't all hood and nothing but hood. What would you guys consider middle-class?

Middle-class in regards to income. There's somewhat a middle-class but don't get caught up on where people live. Section 8 can get you in nice areas in South FL.
