Aye for all my south fla brehs....

I went to this spot called 100 montaditos yesterday in plantation it was pretty cool...

On wednesday's EVERYTHING is a dollar even the drinks

They serve these taco lookin things that are piff... The one I went to was near two colleges so there was alot of ladies there...Me and my cousin real good off the food, drinks, and the lil babies in the building.

I might have an opportunity to transfer to our new cancer center in Boca, within the next 2 years.
I am 32, and have lived all over OKC, including hood shyt, and "nice" areas.

Right after I saw some info on Boca, I also how fresh that baller shyt is, and then saw I probably wouldn't afford to live right there, even with COLA. Then a couple days later, I saw a documentary on worldstar on 561 nikkaz that like to shoot shyt up in West Palm Beach, and how the crime rate is bad there.

Where's that sweet spot for a average nikka, that needs a decent\manageable living area, no matter what the color\age\demographic, while at the same time, not going broke?
And within commuting distance to Boca?

I would say Delray breh... It's just north of boca. It has some bad areas (which are smaller now due to major gentrification). Also west deerfield is affordable and really nice too....But the mintue you go east in Deerfield (not counting near the beach ) Its a hell hole lol.

Those goons are pretty much confined to Riviera and parts of Lake Worth.

Affordable within a good distance of Boca would be Delray and Boynton. Boca is right on the border with Broward, to Deerfield and Pompano as well.

It's hard to be board down here. Work and traffic are the only things I don't like around here. Moved from Miami Gardens around Norland to Aventura... Traffic is horrendous in the morning and afternoon rush.
