Got into Soca a couple months ago because of my Trinidad co-worker inviting me to all these soca parties around the Summer Carnival. Those parties are lit as hell and surprisingly (for me at the time) have such a positive vibe. Everybody there is just there to have a good time, I have been to a couple more parties and I have never seen even the slightest bit of drama or arguments. That soca culture is truly
