I read the Nintendo America marketing guy didn't like the bread loaf looking Jap console thus came the redesign for the US market. Although the US console has a place in my memory as a kid, I pay respect to the way it was intended to look and right the wrong by purchasing the EU console. You need a loaf of bread looking console with spree candy colored xyab controller buttons to eat with all these great games and a 23 year old Star Fox sequel.
