The DC universe still exists(it's Worlds of DC now), and Shazam takes place within it. The trailer shows references to MoS, BvS and JL.

Why does Shazam look like a white Blankman ?

Captain Marvel is based off Billy's imagination of what a superhero looks like. In the comics, at least in the Power of SHAZAM! series(easily the best interpretation of the character), he looks like his father but in a superhero suit. Don't know if they'll go that route here.

Yeah, WB is going a bit overboard for him IMO giving him his own Movie before he faces off against Shazam which is doing too much, should have at least put him in this movie for a little bit just to introduce him at least.

A live action adaptation of Shazam/Superman: Return Of Black Adam is probably on their minds but it can be Trash if they dont have Cavill as Superman, or maybe they'll have a better Superman to face off against Rock as Black Adam but ..everybody has to hit their characters perfectly.
