i get my upgrade the 9th and was gonna get the gs3 but i might hold out for that note now

you surely did not expect apple to hold that crown forever did you? Android now accounts for 52% of the US market. The iPhone 5 will be the best selling smartphone for the next 6 months anyway.

Apple's market share will inevitably go down to a bit more than what they have in the PC market. It only makes sense.
