I thought the skill level was set my the commish and stayed the same for everyone.

The hitting and pitching level are both All Star. USER level is minimum rookie to join the league.
I'm pretty sure it was just his skill level but when I was pitching it looked like the ball was coming out of my hand in slow motion. It might have just been that mighty shuggnet connection but I don't think it was making it easier for him to hit. But it was weird when I was pitching to have the ball come out that slow and it didn't seem like lag.
