The party will move left as the left puts forward a great candidate to get behind. Bernie has a good message but he is a terrible vehicle to deliver it. Identity and relationships garner more votes than policy all day everyday and that's why Hillary is beating him. Young people are identifying with Bernie because he represents a revolution, to everyone else he is just a random yelling old white guy. A random yelling old white guy is a hard sell to a large portion of the democratic base.

He's getting an unprecedented amount of small donations and is drawing large crowds everywhere he goes. He's a great candidate and his message only works because he's been saying it for decades. I don't think people realize how large the Clinton campaign is and how far behind Bernie was at the start. This is truly David vs. Goliath if it ever existed. The fact that her support really only lies within the 50 and up demo now is crazy considering she might be the most recognizable politician on the planet. But that's good for her since they are the ones who vote the most.

Feels weird that this is from years ago given how much Bernie has forced the media to somewhat mention it. Of course not enough to investigate or inform about anything related to it.
