Try out Thumper, Rez Infinite, Wayward Sky, Alumette, Vrideo(media app) Hulu, Within(Video app) and pretty much everything on the demo disc.

Games that may make you feel sick:

Here they Lie, Driveclub, Rigs, Playroom Platformer.

If you feel any sort of queasiness, just take a break and try later/the next day. You might get used to it(I can play DC demo and not feel too queasy). Though I hit a reverse and :gag:. Change the camera to front view(where the car isn't visible)

that vr rooms platform game, looks so good, plays amazingly, but yeah that shu.yt got me feeling so sick

DRIFT ISSUES FINALLY FIXED.

So, trying out the alignment with the left lens that was suggested earlier, it definitely helped. But drifting was still there, at least this time around when I wanted to center a game it actually did center (usually, vr worlds centering was still pretty bad for some reason but could still get it to a decent place by looking to the right). Played a good hour or two.

Then the older version of the camera I had ordered arrived. Kind of hesitated to open it, since I had seemingly at least fixed the not able to center properly issue with the current camera.

After a lot of deliberation, decided it couldn't hurt. HOLY shyt GUYS, THIS CAMERA IS SO MUCH BETTER. Could see differences even when setting up the tracking. The old camera can actually see/shows on the screen the multiple lights inside the headset's LED strips. The new camera couldn't do that and was basically just showing me a full LED strip (as we see them normally with our eyes).

Went though all the advanced setup like I did for the new camera and started up the same games I was playing earlier. Zero drift. Absolutely zero drift.

Not only that, THE CONTROLLER TRACKING. It's so accurate and smooth now. I thought the jank I was experiencing earlier was normal, but now I'm able to make quick concise movements and the game was picking them up properly rather than randomly turning my hand or stuttering/not interacting with that object I wanted to.

So happy right now.
what camera do any of you with drift/tracking niggles have?

I'm the Apostle Paul of this VR shyt. Before last week I had wrote off VR and had no intention of getting the headset, but I was sold after trying my friends. I've had my own headset for a day now and I'm really loving it. The tech definitely isn't perfect, but it delivers a level of immersion that I've never experienced before. People are excited about that new Mario on the Switch, but after playing Playroom VR Robot Rescue, non VR platformers don't interest me at all. Rigs is great and right now it's the closest I'll get to being a gundam pilot. Thumper and Until Dawn have also really stood out to me. And remember, these are launch titles, just imagine how good the games will be when devs get more comfortable :mindblown:.

It's too early to say whether there will be any buyer's remorse. That depends entirely on Sony and third parties supporting this thing for years to come with great software. The hardware works great and won't be the problem, but if the game releases dry up by this time next year:francis:

All that being said, the only reason I decided to pull the trigger this early is because of the 25% discount I was able to conjure up. That allowed me to get the headset at $300 and I don't imagine regular retail is gonna get that low before 2018

I've had it for over a week now and I'm still loving it. I want to use it everyday, even when I"m just playing regular PS4 games.

The games are still coming too. I hope they drop demos for every game because VR games are subjective. One game may be fine for someone while another game may make someone feel sick initially and they may just write it off.
