The article states that they are exploring 60GHz technology to stream games to the headset. I've never heard anything about installing games directly to the headset.

that was just me speculating based on existing tech...not stating it as fact...but what the article is proposing it is rumored sony might do hasn’t been done yet in the field and as they stated is very “ambitious” and should be taken with a grain of salt

Grabbed the Iron Man bundle last night along with Trover Saves The Universe, Everyone's Golf VR, Doom VFR, and Gran Turismo Sport. Got home and bought Resident Evil Biohazard, Creed Rise To Glory, Five Nights at Freddy's Help Wanted, and AstroBot.

What else should I cop? I have EA Play and I was gonna try out the timed trial of Squadrons.

You got some heavy hitters on that list.
RE8 is the best PSVR game.
As far as what you don’t have, I recommend:
Moss
Ace Combat
Star Wars Squadrons
Until Dawn Rush of Blood
I Expect You To Die
Blood and Truth
Beat Saber
Farpoint (with the aim controller)
Drive Club VR
Minecraft (Recently got updated for PSVR and the experience is wild. It’s 100% the definitive way to play it)

I haven’t played the VR side of it yet but No Mans Sky has full VR support now. The standard game is dope albeit hard as hell. Tons of inventory management can be a turn of especially in the early stages but if you stick with it the game is fun.

I actually already owned Until Dawn, Farpoint, Rigs, and Wipeout via PS+.

GameStop has a flash buy 2 get 2 on pre-owned games under 29.99. Ordered PlayStation VR Worlds, Blood and Truth, Batman Arkham VR, and Tetris Effect. $41 shipped.

I want to get Squadrons, but I want to snag that Hotas 4 first. shyt is sold out everywhere. Speaking of, anyone got any feedback on a decently priced steering wheel? I don't even want to install GT until I get one. And I need to order that damn aim controller.
:mjcry:

Oh, and I own Minecraft already. The kids play it but not me. Checked out the VR last night. It was ok. That game still ain't for me though.

fukkin Astro Bot was so good. I hope they add VR support to the new joint even if it's down the line.

Really need that Moss book 2 already. :stopitslime:

Man, just played through about 12 songs on Beat Saber. I can see the music getting old, but for now it's fun as hell. I feel like I got a workout in too. Well worth the $20.

Also bought a cheap shooter called Time Carnage that's pretty fun. Only $6 on PSN right now.

Regular video games feel like bullshyt now.

GameStop order came in yesterday. Installed and beat Batman in about an hour. Short, but cool experience with a decent story.

Can't wait to get home from work tonight and try out Tetris and Blood and Truth.
