It's going to be an interesting chess match.

Scalpers - the ones that have been holding consoles for a minute will be looking to unload stock. The big fish, with top-shelf bots and lots of stock will lower their price, but have enough volume to still make a decent profit. The small-time brehs with one or two consoles will have to lower their price since people are always going to shop for the lowest price (that seems legit).

Consumers - everyone assumes that there's gonna be a lot of stock. This is both true AND false.

Sony is ramping up production.......but people don't realize that most of the restocks have been in the United States. Even though it's been tough for a lot of people here, we've been getting multiple restocks almost every week. You've got countries that haven't even pre-ordered yet like India. Canada, UK, EU, Africa, Asia etc., have been hungry......and those places tend to be more "pro-Sony" than the U.S., since we actually have decent numbers of Xbox users.

Sony is going to have to start feeding everyone else. The pie will get bigger but our share of the pie is going to shrink. That means things will probably feel about the same in the U.S., is my guess.....unless they ramp up production A LOT to cover the rest of the world but manage American demand.

A lot of this shyt ends if they stop bullshytting and just drop the consoles in stores at random. :beli:

This "protecting the american people" shyt is nonsense, it would be regular foot traffic in stores, nikkas wouldnt camp out every day in the middle of a pandemic if they don't know when your dropping stock off.

I agree.

I wouldn't list the quantities on the site either.

Just a random drop for an allotted store quantity and still selling some from the websites. :yeshrug:

The Last Guardian Developer Teases New Project In New Year’s Message

GenDesign, the Japanese studio behind The Last Guardian, has teased its new project in a New Year’s message depicting a mysterious image of a figure standing on a shoreline. The image was accompanied by a number of other shots including ICO and Shadow of the Colossus.

There’s not an awful lot we know about the new title from GenDesign yet, other than Epic Games is funding the project. As such, we’re probably going to be looking at a PC release alongside PS5, or even Xbox, too.

Here’s the teaser image.

The Last Guardian was released in late 2016 after a lengthy and arduous development cycle, with the game originally starting out life on the PS3 before moving to PS4 and re-emerging after a long hiatus at E3 2015. And the rest is history.

GenDesign was formed after Sony’s Fumito Ueda left the company in 2011, and features a number of key developers who worked on ICO and Shadow of the Colossus
