Thanks for the advice, went for the T5 as it's portable i.e instant plug & play. I don't want to have to open up my pro and potentially fukk things upEasy. If you got an external hard drive, back up your shyt first. Replace hard drive and the set up will lead you to restore options.
Samsung T5 is OD for the PS4 Pro though. I'd go for this 1TB SSD instead. I vouch for it because I have the 500gb version in my Pro right now.
