50 off 200$ of heineken?? wtf why are they giving gift cards to beer with ps4. and 200 is gunna buy a whole lotta heineken u can get the 50 pack :gladbron:

I bought that rebate form off eBay for $2. You can still find them on there but the people selling them that cheap have ran out. The guy selling them now wants at least $7 for them.

Had to buy a 12 pack of beer with the PS4 and cut off both UPCs and mail them with that form. It's $50 off any $200 electronics purchase with beer and list game consoles being included.

You need that form. The real one not a copy. They gave them out at Walmarts on Black Friday apparently. The only way to get them now is off someone who got them back then meaning most likely buy one from eBay.

Then you go to a store and buy an electronics product that cost at least $200 and a 12 pack of Heineken and cut off both UPCs add in the receipt and mail them to the address on the form
