I see there's a way to stream videos to the PS4 from your PC effortlessly.

Download that and then extract the zip file with winrar,winzip or 7zip w/e. The next folder has a folder in it that's named "mp4" along with some other files. In that folder drop your .mp4 video files in it.
Then open up hfs.exe and if you get a prompt from windows firewall, allow it. Then when the program opens up, drag the index.html file and the mp4 folder into the programs window and if you get a message saying to choose real or virtual folder, choose real.
Then at the top of the program you should see your PC's local IP address ex: 192.168.1.X. On your PS4, put that address into the url bar and you should see the mp4 files there and just click on it to play it. Bookmark that site so you can go to it easily after.
I just tried it with the latest Driveclub HQ trailer and it looked great and played with no problem.
90% of the time I'm listening reggae so that should tell you a lot.
