Wireless Stereo Headset 2.0 for PS4
We’re also pleased to tell you about a new headset that is coming soon for PS4. The Gold Wireless Headset will be available from 10th February 2014 (market dependant) at £79.99/€89.99/$99.99 MSRP.
This new wireless headset for PS4 features stunning 7.1 virtual surround sound, as well as a crystal clear, noise-cancelling internal microphone for chatting to friends on Party, when playing online multiplayer.
You can connect the Gold headset to your PS4, PS3 or computer using the wireless adaptor for eight hours of straight gameplay. Headset Companion App

PlayStation App Update – Version 1.6
An update released to the PlayStation App for iOS and Android devices last week, added ‘Live from PlayStation‘ support (among other features), allowing you to browse and launch videos of live gameplay on your phone or tablet via USTREAM or Twitch.

is this update Pulse exclusive?? or is it the bluetooth patch necessary for turtle beach and similar devices to be used in voice chat??
Wack ass fukking update. Who the fukk cares about a damn headset?? fukking complaining ass online teabagging ass nikkas... Go connect some coby headphones to your PS4 and stfu.
You could at least use something else with the PS4 controller via wire but damn where's the custom backgrounds, friends sign in/out notifications, dynamic themes, system suspend/resume etc.?? fukking lamestation 4 man. I may probably not turn on my PS4 until March. Wack ass fukking system.

I got these OG's. Then a few months later they rebranded them to Pulse and came out with the Elites. I was heated the first time I seen them elites at the store. The battery life ain't the best but I love them anyway. Hopefully they get a nice sound on the war tapes setting in BF4. BF3's sounded dope. I put them on the charger as soon as I got home.
Same here I looked up on the wall of gamestop like are those new?! fukk! I read the new features I was like give me those let me tell you playing bf3 and 4 on wartapes with the bass impact and shooter eq on them elites have you throw away your og's.
I just swap between the two one die I put theother pair on while one charges.

I'll end up getting a pair sometime this year. No rush.
