Yea it's still laggy. It's been better the last few days tho I've at least been able to finish games

and when you have shytty upload speed the latency is usually higher. We saw that playing Burgood all the time on Madden when he had garbage ATT and a half a meg upload.
In peer 2 peer games, that shyt is crucial.
