It is under Features, then V.I.P. It has Quick Game Record, The Park/My Carrer Record, and Online Head to Head Record.
It is no longer a stand alone mode. I think you only can access it now is Season and My GM mode when you get to that point in the season. Atleast that is how it was in current gen NBA 2k.

because the nikkaz reviewing who gave KZ a 7/10 are full of shyt and people can decide for themselves. The early reviews are from cats who ran through the game to get the reviews out. Some nikkaz (like polygon who gave it a 5) let a person who already was on the record as biased against the franchise do the review.
Listen to cats you know who have the game.
And cats on that BF4 more than Ghosts on the 4.
