Initial Question: Highly disappointed. Ordered a launch day playstation 4 in june as soon as it was available for preorder. Updated the shipping to two day shipping last week with delivery day of November the 15th from the original standard shipping. Order 3 games with the buy 2 get 1 free promotion tuesday also upgraded the shipping to 2 day shipping with deliveryday of November 15. All 3 games shipped from different warehouses. I only received 1 game yesterday and the other two are delayed along with the PS4. When is my order coming? Just highly disappointed amazon didn't come through. Should of just kept the standard shipping

02:58 AM(GMT) me: I was overcharged for shipping. I could of got the same delivery day with standard shipping. This isn't an isolated incident. Members of other popular video game forums/message boards also did not receive their systems on delivery day either. And they were reimbursed
