Co-sign I love that camera
How reliable is their used gear? I got my eye on that EOS 5D Mark IV.

semi-related question for the field: how much of an upgrade is the EOS 5D Mark IV over my 250d? I know it's MUCH better for shooting video, but is it a significant uplift for photography as well?

the score they gave the 5d for video seems pretty low, and only 6 points higher than my current is kinda concerning. I thought the 5d was known for being very good for video?

Video is not its strong point
....well fukk. Any recommendations for something in the same price point that's good for 4k video (as I'm typing this, this video im watching says the 5d has the same 4k crop that my 250d does ) as well as photography?
I'd say if you got a band to spend, check out the Nikon Z50. I've been liking that one. I might be bias just cause I went from D3400 to D7200 and Z50, but I feel like the mirrorless regardless of brand are the way to go (Nikon'a got a bit of a limited selection of native mirrorless lenses, but they're catching plus have the FTZ adapter. Just find an entry one from Sony(A6000/A6100, Canon(M50) , or Nikon(Z50/Zfc), and you'll be straight. Checkout MPB for used ones. You can find barely used cameras that are marked down.Getting ready to relocate to the Savannah Georgia area. I hear there's a lot of nice architecture and scenery and I wouldn't mind picking up a new hobby of photography. From what I understand the Nikon d3500 is a good beginner amateur camera that is highly recommended?
You are primarily video and would benefit from the S series.any reason why i SHOULDN'T get a Sony α7 IV?
