How could I have made these night shots have less noise?

There is the issue right there. I would almost always use a tripod for night shots if you can. You can shoot at ISO 100 and it will be way cleaner.
long exposure, lower iso, tripod.

This is what I use, super lightweight at 3.6lbs, quick release plate, all aluminum and can be used as a monopod, available in multiple colors. I have had mine for years, take it with whenever I know I gonna be out shooting. Price dropped too, I bought it for $200, now $129.
