im buying a new camera, i have 1000 to do it

what would you recommend? I already have a mirrorless

size doesn't matter. help me out brehs

@spinoza I was thinking of the fuji x100s that's what you got right?

If you want something versatile, I'd recommend either the Sony RX-10 or Panasonic FZ1000. I got a RX-10 about a month ago and absolutely love it. The FZ1000 is its main competitor and if you're into video as well, shoots 4K video. You could get either for around $600-700 and either pocket the rest or get a good compact to complement it.

Just got back from Montana. Didn't get out much due to my wife not being there and me having to watch my 2 year old on my own. I wasn't able to explore the wilderness as much as I wanted to, but did end up in a town that's a throwback. Old school classic cars everywhere and bright colorful houses falling apart. All of these were in a town of less then 10K people.

If I had the time and lived close by I'd love to do more research and turn it into an actual project/documentary. Just looking on wikipedia the median household income is $34,716 :mjcry: and the town kind of fell apart when the mining industry left in the 80's.
