Al didn’t trust anybody to take over the raiders. He probably knew it would go to shyt once he died so he was just like fukk it. I’ll increase the fukery levels to at least make it entertaining from that standpoint.

I’ve known this for at least 15 years but this team needs a huge culture shift. It’s obvious that players and coaches are just collecting a check.

As a member of the GOAT stanchise of the GOAT franchise, one thing I’ve learned is that good culture starts with strong leadership at the top and dedicated, innovative, intelligent, and passionate people at positions of importance. The Raiders don’t have much of that. It’s just a stop for guys to collect a check. Whether they’re drafted or signed.
