They draft man corners and then have them playing mostly zone. We have a horrible coaching staff and its all because of Gruden. He wants a coaching staff filled with his friends and family. Not taking into account if these coaches can actually coach and get the most out of their players and can put them in position to maximize their talents. He will never pick the best candidate available it will always be someone that he has some type of history with. Gruden's return to The Nation has been an expensive failure. $10 million a season for this level of coaching

They should swap Carr for Watson
