Like I said before, Vegas won't tolerate incompetence with Gruden and bowl cut.
I wouldn't be surprised if bowl cut is going to get more pressure to fire Gruden soon. Especially if the team is still bad next season.

Who the hell would ever hold them accountable for anything? They’re the most comfortable front office/ head coach in all of sports
I wonder what would it take for us to get Aaron Rodgers on the raiders. All I know is Derek carr is not the answer.
It's crazy that even if the Dolphins, Ravens, Colts, Browns, Titans win this week, we're still not eliminated from the playoffs

If Carr doesn't get injured, how far y'all think the Raiders go in 2016? 
It's all about tie breakers. It would literally be an all-time miracle but if we finish 9-7 and so do the Dolphins and Ravens (and the Ravens lose to the Bengals) , we have the tie breaker over the Dolphins (Head to head win), and we beat out the Ravens because of Conference record (We'd be 7-5 in the AFC and the Ravens would be 6-6 if they lose to the bengals).how’s that possible?
shyt, prior to the Ravens/Jaguars game today, we technically could've made the playoffs at 8-8, if the Ravens and Dolphins lost out, and we beat the Dolphins and lost to Denver.
Our most likely method right now, is for us to win out and Cleveland lose out. (But like I said, even if they won today, we still wouldn't be eliminated from the playoffs yet).

We had a chance but our defense was ass that year too
, so we probably win the first round for sure. I could see even a AFC Conference game, that wasn't out of the question.

Everybody we need to lose have won.
In order to make the playoffs now, Ravens and Browns would have to lose out and we'd have to win out.
Edit: Or the Ravens and Dolphins lose out and we win out.
