This team will forever be in offseason mode until they address this defense and stop trying to go the cheap way out. Continue to draft players high you can get in later rounds, overpaying trash free agents who come from teams that have a dominant defensive player that make them look better than what they really are. A head coach who is a terrible playcaller and does not know how to get the most out of his offense. Terrible position coaches who are just friends with the head coach. Why hope and talk playoffs when you can't stop a team from marching down the field on every possession. Team never gets off the field on 3rd down, 3rd and 30 is an easy first down for the opposing offense. Raider fans deserve better than this bullshyt this organization put out on the field each week. I’ll say this, if Wade is interested it’s definitely worth a look. If we can add some real playmakers in the offseason along with Wade and a smart, young, modern and aggressive defensive staff that might be just what we need to fix this defense.

Raiders should be able to attract free-agents going forward being in Las Vegas. I think you may see a lot of player looking to play there.
