Outside of the year Gruden came back, every year since 2016 has been the exact same: the Raiders build up a decent win record early on, then suffer a blowout loss in what should have been a winnable game in the latter half of the season, then get all their momentum destroyed, go on a losing streak, miss the playoffs and finish below .500.
And they got the Jets in New York next week, and that game last year was exactly what I'm talking about.

Horrible we were one pick away, then they pick Ferrel when they probably could have traded back to the middle of the first and picked up another 2nd and still got him
