Someone else should be calling the plays on defense not Paul. He has failed. Time for Gruden to step up as head coach and address the defense and not just talk about it. Simplify the defense and fire PG at the end of the season.

Gruden or one of the other defensive coaches. Honestly I think they all shyt and this is the problem. So either way it really doesn't matter until we hire someone who knows how to maximize our players potential on defense. All these guys we have on defense aren't terrible its the coaching. Put a few of these guys on another team and they look like superstars, thats coaching. We don't have that at the moment.

If the Raiders go win a cold weather game like what's happening Sunday against a hot team we got a chance...If we give up over 30 points again and Carr does his usual bullshyt in bad weather I know who we are....this game will tell me what the rest of the season looks like ....No pressure from the D line no win Sunday
