Carr aint it breh, no matter how much I want to drink the Kool-Aid he just doesn’t inspire enough confidence to believe he can lead this team to a championship. The intangibles aren't there, he is what he his. He got out played again by another QB when it mattered most and that’s become too common.
He made a lot of money, and lost a lot of games, players and coaches have been thrown under the bus and fired, yet the results still remain the same. The Niners across the bridge flipped they whole shyt in 5 years..
No more excuses.

Raiders lost again and are below .500. Carr has won lest than 50% of games he’s started in the last 6 years, and you can blame Williams or whatever excuse you want to make but the reality is losing is losing, and Carr does a lot of it...

If Carr threw a pick the final drive than, yeah it's his fault. He had back to back passes where it hit the receiver directly in the hands. He supposed to play receiver too? Call it like it is.

Your paying 20+ mil to a stat padding game manager, that for whatever reason cant win you enough games to justify the salary. Meanwhile the money you’ve saved on defense got you looking like a sieve giving up small chunks of yards and eventually tds.
You don't have a winning culture to attract impact FA defenders in their prime while trying to develop ya draft picks in trials by fire, so shyts just meh at this point.
All that being said, They’ll win 3 out the next 4 getting everyone’s hopes up to then get rolled up by KC, before splitting the last 4 games and barely missing the playoffs 8-8 Raider Nation will somehow how see this season as some moral victory going into Vegas next season...

The raiders defense and the refs cost us a very very winnable game. I didn’t like the play calling on the first drive after the Texans scored we kept running the ball to watt side because he was out and ended up punting instead of taking advantage of a weak secondary.
Another big blow, was Joseph not picking up the fumble, it seems like we never get the big break even when things seem to go right some dumb shyt happens, we tip a pass a receiver catches it instead of a pick, we think we get a sack qb gets away and makes a big play. We make a defensive stop and it’s a flag. That shyt is what separate average teams and good and great teams.
No excuse to lose this game and it rest on Gunther, the defense and Williams! We paid this kid a lot of money to drop balls that hit him in the hands.
I know it’s a lot of Carr hate but this one not on Carr he did enough to win the game. That holding call really hurt that turned it from a first and 10
From the 35 and in field goal range to 2nd and 20 with 5 mins to go in the game, I know Hudson wasn’t in the game and the hold was right up the middle but why even to run up the gut with the starting center out
Playoffs damn near start for us next week, we about to see what we really made of. We had 5 straight road games against 5 good teams and
Came out 2/3 and really should have been 3-2. Beating the lions and then the chargers can sit us up nicely with two very winnable games after.
If We can beat the lions, split with the chargers, beat Cincinnati, beat Denver, beat the Jets , the titans, that’s 9 wins. And we can I think we beat the jags at home last game in Oakland, That’s 10 but it’s up to the raiders to go out in win these games we prob only favored to lose to K.C and maybe the lions every other game we should be favorite and we need to handle our business

The short dink and dunk plays is all Gruden. If he wanted Watson shyt, he should call some of those plays. Watson wasn't out there just turning sugar to shyt, those were plays calls that forced the defense to either give up the pass or the scramble.
