Terrible planning by Reggie, to work on David's contract before Mack's. Gruden wasn't here during this time. All in all the whole organization fukked up because they could have worked out something to keep Mack here.

That I can agree with but there’s still no reason to trade Mack. You pay that man and figure out the cap shyt later. The cap goes up year after year so the situation will get better year after year.

Ball will have to get out quick but I think he will be pulling the trigger faster than he should and if his intended target isn't open he won't go into his 2nd and 3rd read and he'll either throw the ball in the dirt or throw it away. Mack and Co. will be in the backfield quickly so Carr will have to step up in the pocket and let some of those routes develop.
Gruden has to call a great game and has to make 2nd half adjustments

I feel you, that Favre performance shut the door on that Super Bowl team and we been trash ever since. But that’s how pissed I still am that our best player is on the Bears now. So I can take that Favre level pain, this franchise brutalized me worse.
Carr will have to throw to the backs alot and hopefully they can make some big plays. Bears won't respect this offense at all so they will crowd the line. Carr is not going to have much time to get rid of the ball so Gruden can't call those plays with those routes that require alot of time.
