What I got now or what we got cuz as Raiders we use the the word we. From the top of the organization down to the fans we one unit as a family. Second what we have is a defense that struggles to get sacks, but as a fan who watches the games closely I see we may have something special brewing, Conley starting to look like an elite corner. Mo hurst, key, pj Hall show promise and Joseph seems to be finally getting used right. We a defensive end, L.B and safety away from a really good defense.
Last if you think wins = great or even good coach then pull up and chair sit down and half a beer so I can show a million reasons why they don't....

I'm sorry but I'm tired of Carr getting my hopes up. He plays decent in meaningless games but I don't trust him to show up when the games actually count aka that Redskins game last year and his history against the Chiefs. He's earned another year as a starter but my expectations are low. I would love for him to prove me wrong. Time will tell.
Our offensive line is just 
right now. Hudson only one on the line worth the money the rest of those guys need to restructure. The rookies get another year but doesn’t look promising with either of those tackles. And what makes things worse is that Carr has zero pocket awareness. Reason why he’ll never be considered great but at the best good serviceable.
