I honestly don't see Mack or Carr leaving, they about to throw them ungodly numbers until they either retire or cut em like Tim Brown.
The Raider defense has been trash for years and it seems the current strategy is to have a great offense and outscore people and hope the defense holds up. Reggie's drafting record is spotty at best when he's not drafting in the top 10. Teams like the Broncos is to have a great defense and piece together a passable offense and look what it did for them. Brady will destroy us due to Reggie and Jack's failure to fire KNJ and get us better players on the D-line and LB.
I watched Rueben Foster play last night vs Minny and he was all over field making plays

In Jack Del Rio, Ken Norton Jr., and John Pagano, the Raiders have enough defensive coaches to run three teams.
Their joint task in Oakland? Find a way to make one defense work.
Among the challenges of having three cooks in the kitchen, where do the coaching responsibilities begin and end for each? More specifically, what is the working relationship between Pagano (the Assistant Head Coach – Defense) and Norton Jr. (the defensive coordinator) and can they co-exist?
Already, some have noticed (or at least speculated) that Pagano and Norton Jr. are sharing play-calling duties.
Speaking with Greg Papa on his 95.7 The Game program, former Raiders linebacker Bill Romanowski said he believes Pagano is “going to have more influence if they don’t start getting off the field on third down.”
Papa believes they’re already past that point.
“I think he may have already started. You see [Pagano] during the game broadcast. He’s doing all the talking and Kenny’s not. I would not be surprised if they’ve already made the call on certain down and distance who is actually calling into the green dot speaker in to the field. I think it may be Pagano a lot.”
Last year, it was Del Rio who took over defensive play-calling duties in some situations and it’s possible Norton Jr. will be limited in that role again this year.
To the credit of everyone involved, the Raiders defense showed signs of improvement last week in Dallas – which brings up another problem. If the defense finally turns the corner, who are we supposed to congratulate first?

Offense
3rd downs... How many drops the receivers will have to kill drives
Will our tight ends show up more
Will donald penn and the other fukks on the line stopped with the bullshyt penalties..
Defense
Still no answer at linebacker and corner spots
Can't stopped the run on mack opposite side
Will this team ever considered to blitz more to help the corners from getting killed
Special teams
I already know pudgy the fat b*stard jano will have his usual misses
Will we ever see a kick off and punt return run back for a TD..i might be wrong on punt return tho cause of Washington

I think Cook will definitely be the go to TE and be that dude and save us in that respect.
If what they're saying about play calling is true, I think we will definitely see more blitzes with Pagano.
With Patterson signed, i definitely see us get those TDs on run backs. The only thing they havent solved on this team is fukking defense.
I remember nikkaz saying the same shyt last year and the year before that and so on. Defense is gonna be trash and people are gonna voice their opinion. deal with it
