Getting the head coach and OC right is going to be so critical this offseason.

Agreed. That's why I think it's critical we do not get out of that top 3 pick range. A legit head coach is gonna want his pick of QB to develop.

If we fukk around a win a couple games and end up picking in the 5-8 range, and we might have to trade picks to move up for a QB, it's gonna already start off their regime off badly. I don't want to have to trade up to get Sanders or Ward (if that's who they want).

I got home from church at around halftime.

This is one of the worst Raiders squads in a few years. I don’t count 2018 because that was a tank year.

The only reason I watched was because I had the day off from work. I usually listen to the games on radio/watch extended highlights afterwards but yeah this years team is expansion level bad. There’s nothing to be optimistic about. Watching Crosby and Bowers play their hearts out just to have no chance at winning is sad.

And good looking on the rep…I stuck around until Tyreek’s TD and flipped over to Ravens/Steelers immediately

I'm not even sure if we should draft a QB that high anymore.
We don't have an O-Line and brining any QB into that situation is a death sentence
