Smh, I worked for the Nationals when they were terrible. I hate to break it to y’all, but I’m 99.9% certain that these bums hardly practice, they gamble money off in secluded parts of the facility, they watch big booty videos instead of film and book high class escorts for road games instead of getting into the heads of their opponents. Only time these jerks are paying attention at work is when that check sitting in they company mailbox.

The Raiders don't have a solid foundation (O-line or D-line) to build upon.

Exactly, @Black Mamba gtfoh with the revisionist history breh. Gruden traded away Mack and the team had kept up equal or even worse drafting than the McKenzie era.

If you told me Gruden was bold enough to trade carrbage, he continued to build the defense around Mack, and he drafted/signed/traded for a QB that can get the job done then we can talk about him being a factor even if he ended up being exposed as a racist piece of shyt.

Gruden and Mayock really mismanaged the roster. Missing on all those high draft picks are rearing it’s ugly head.

It’s crazy all to see those high draft picks turn into pretty much nothing.

I understand new regime wants to come in and win on the fly, but this was the time to reset IMO.

We have a lot of highly paid skill players but little meat on the rest of the bone. Imagine how good we could be if we had a legit pass rusher opposite Crosby? Or if we could push and pressure on the interior? This team is a house built on sand
