What do they do here? Like... Baszler totally can't lose that match because she obviously shouldn't after them just doing the title change and with Ronda and such... but all they got down there in NXT on that level is top level female heels. Like... unless they plan on just calling this next rotation until mania a wash and just feed randoms to Shayna to show dominance... or if they are gonna focus on the 4 v. 4 thing and Shayna ain't gonna be doing nothing down in Full Sail until the next big one... how do you not put it back on Kairi?

Literal only thing I can think of otherwise is for them to be beating Kairi down, Io runs down to save her and that sets her as the next one.

Kairi is most likely winning it back. Only reason she probably lost it was because it was the only title match at Evolution that had a chance of changing & on this Takeover the tag & North American belts aren't being defended & I doubt Ciampa loses to anybody but Gargano
