I rarely listen to their Pod but Mal was Podding podding. He was hurt like Joe was! If we ever needed them to Pod again it was to talk about this Cole shyt. It would have been epic. Mal and Joe have been dope with how disappointed they are with Cole and I completely agree with them. Cole is that dude skill wise but what he did was being p*ssy and like Joe said it doesn't effect his quality of music but does effect his legacy

Did he have Drake’s entire shaft and testes in his mouth… Yes

Drake does not rap better than Black Thought and he avoided that Nas question.. can he arrange more palatable songs yes but bar for bar .. No

All this is factual but the second point is why I can’t take this pod serious for objective takes.

Dude said that Like That didn’t warrant a response from Drake because it wasn’t a direct shot lol

All Mal kept going to was “Kendrick just said fukk the Big 3 so that’s not enough to jump out the window”

1. About 95% of that verse was aimed at Drake with the directs and the entendres (i.e “For All Your Dogs getting buried, it’s K with the 9s - he’s gonna see Pet Cemetery”)

2. The track has been number 1 on the Billboard chart for 2 to 3 weeks straight meaning the song is everywhere

3. Future, who was Drake’s biggest collaborator, enabled and facilitated the attack, which in itself looks crazy

On the last YT clip I saw from these regarding this, he said J Cole has to respond in 2 to 3 weeks but Drake gets until the summer to respond because he was on tour loool - I’m pretty sure he’s on the OVO payroll at this point.

Shouldn’t be surprising though because when Pusha was on JBP discussing the Drake beef, this OVO dikk rider really questioned and challenged Push as to whether he really won that battle, even after Drake was on The Shop crying about that shyt

I don't agree with all who Mal had Drake as a better rapper than, but I agree with his point that people often conflate better rapper with better lyricist.

Daylyt is a better lyricist than Biggie, he's not remotely close to being a better rapper.
