Lol Rory was tryna shyt on Noah Lyles by mentioning Usain, Tyson Gay, Asafa Powell, Justin Gatlin and someone else (forgot off the top of my head), but Gay, Powell and Gatlin were caught doping. Of course it's gonna be a down cycle bc it's the era after Usain Bolt and it's the era after them cheating nikkas stopped competing
