No, but there was plenty of talk about how fukking stupid it was that Ward was breaking his hand to score drugs when he owns a huge pharmaceutical company.
He directed the one that was structured like a wack ass fighting tournament.
Looking back on it the showrunner really is the big problem. We've seen that Rza can direct very impressive fight scenes but nothing in Iron Fist is remotely on the level of the stuff we saw in Man with the Iron Fist.

why would joy want danny dead? danny didnt make her father lie to her, he didnt make ward lie to her, and she knew that he was innocent of all the shyt that pa meachum tried to blame him for. it doesnt make any sense

It seems like the netflix shows don't have a master orchestrator. They just have places/states of being that characters should be in by the end of the season, and pay someone to write their way to it.
Little to no micromanaging. LMAO I think that's the comic writing format that Jeph Loeb has translated to Netflix format. He did all that wild shyt during the "Ultimatum" event for the ultimate universe

This show is just awful with almost no redeeming qualities. It's flat out boring as hell,the main character is annoying and unlikeable, the sub plots are silly,characters actions are horribly written...

Opening credits wavy for no reason 
Finally finished with this godawful show.
There's about 2 episodes worth of okay story and scenes in here. The problem is this is 13 episodes.
It's obvious this show was rushed. Maybe with proper training and more time in the oven they can salvage a season 2 but unless it's universally praised even amongst the people that hated this season I won't be back.
The fights sucked, the lead is just terrible,the story was boring.
I absolutely hate the hand as an enemy. Making me not even want to watch the defenders.
I'm taking a long break before starting defenders.
