I think it only looks bad because wrestlers are the only people in Sports or Entertainment who have to interact with fans since they use public airports and go to public restaurants.

Whereas for most athletes or entertainers it's on to the next city after their show is over. I have heard theater actors complain about weird people hanging around the stage after shows are over though.

Imagine being at baggage claim at like 4am and this annoying mufukka walks up to you asking for a pic

I'm not saying it's not annoying, I'd probably want to punch him. I'm saying other famous people get to avoid this because they're either traveling on tour buses or private planes.

Wrestlers on the other hand use public airports twice a week on a normal week. It's fairly easy to figure out their schedule if you look on WWE.com. The only thing stopping most people is decency, so if they don't have any, they'll be like that guy and show up.

Half these pictures belong in the bushes. Imagine stalking all night making a drive to the airport at 3 in the morning just to take a picture with your idol looking like they want nothing to do with you and cant wait to get outta there. Self ether :wow:

And the celebritiesties actively go to take advantage for $. Even the millionaire celebs find the extremely easy money too good to pass up. That’s why athletes/entertainers make so much money in the first place. You can’t conplain about one part, when you cash in from it. I bet when Sasha Banks is 50, she’ll be at all the conventions and love the smarks.

Except that they can, because they are people and people get to have boundaries. There's a difference between "These fans paid to take a pic and get an autograph so I'm gonna smile, be polite and give them a nice memory" and "This fan paid for a photo and and an autograph so they get to lick my face, put my hands on their boobs, grab my boobs, straddle me, jump on my back, kiss me, or whatever else they wanna do and I have to agree."

A photo op is not a free for all. Most fans get that and respect it but there's always some entitled weirdo in the bunch who gets legit heated when told they can't tongue kiss the talent or grab a handful of booty.

I feel like the respect has to be a two way street. Fans should absolutely get what they pay for (a great experience) and talent should be professional enough to provide that but talent shouldn't be expected to forego any and all personal boundaries in respect to their bodies or their privacy and fans should be reasonable enough to understand that.

Wasn't it the ROH board? :jbhmm:
Nah, it was CZWfans that got shut down after they were fukking with the weirdos over at Marked Out Forum:
Also here is some info:

The story of the closure of the czwfans board is my current greatest thing in wrestling.

The cliff notes version is posters/admin/moderators collectively trolled another message board called forum.markedout.com a "Celebrity, Wrestling and Sports Encounter Forum" where frankly strange/mentally challenged looking people some of whom with sweat marks & food stains on their shirts posted pictures of themselves meeting wrestlers.

The people CZWfans would do things like invade the marked out board, steal pictures & post them on CZWfans even as going as far drawing characitures of some of the more pass remarkable members there.
As of 08/30/11 CZWFANS.COM will no longer exist. On a board with 3000+ members alls it took was one bad apple.

It’s both unfortunate and sad that things have to end this way. We’ve met a ton of fantastic people that have truly become great friends and we hate to pull the plug.

The site will not rise like the John Zandig phoenix. This is it.

It was a good run. From 2002 – 2011 We hope we were able to put a smile on your face. Please look out for other projects from people associated with the site. You know how to get in contact with us but please do so privately and not publicly.
